This page explains what Prop Trading Media Group (“we”) does with personal data on proptradingmedia.com. We keep it short because we collect little.

The enquiry form

When you send the form on /apply, we receive your name, email, company, firm website, the package and markets you chose, and your message. It goes to our inbox, where it is stored with our hosting and database providers. We also record the page you sent it from and your browser’s user agent, to spot spam.

We use this data only to answer your enquiry, verify your firm and, if you go ahead, invoice you. We don’t sell it and don’t add you to a mailing list.

Analytics and cookies

This site doesn’t use analytics or advertising cookies today. If we add analytics later, we will update this page first and say which tool we use. A preference for dark or light theme is stored only in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries as long as we need them to answer you and to keep records of business we do with you. Ask us and we’ll delete an enquiry that didn’t lead to any business.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you. Write to contact@proptradingmedia.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page.
